Chandler Runaway Located and is Facing Charges

CHANDLER, AZ. On Monday June 2, 2008 at approximately 5:30pm, 16-year-old Elizabeth Cesolini from Chandler was safely located at the Queen Creek residence of her boyfriend 18-year-old Anthony David Chavez. It was determined that Cesolini was in fact a runaway and not abducted or missing as alleged over the weekend. She was returned to her parents and is facing runaway charges. Chavez, and another adult family member, are facing charges of Custodial Interference. All charges in this case will be filed as a long form complaint.
